My name is Alexis Everhart and I have a private end-of-life doula practice in the Portland, OR area and also serve the North Coast, in and around Gearhart, OR. I did my training at the University of Vermont, where I hold certificates for End-of-Life Doula, Companion Animal End-of-Life Doula and Grief and Bereavement Specialist. I am a member of NEDA and INELDA and I volunteer at Hopewell House on the Contemplative Care Team and the Compassion and Choices Portland Action Committee. I am also a part of Marci Donaldson's End of Life Choices and Care pilot program and she told the team about joining up with Peaceful Presence and this program.
