We offer a path to an easeful transition through compassionate presence, logistical support & care coordination for those at end of life with a special focus on clients who wish to have a choice in pursuing a death through Medical Aid in Dying in Oregon

I can be a through-line of support from diagnoses to death. With so many people and organizations involved in your care, I can be an anchor throughout the entire process.
FOR THOSE SEEKING MAID:
Let’s chat to discuss your goals.
Serve as your coordination service.
Help you navigate travel logistics that are in alignment with your physical and economic abilities.
Identifying housing in the Portland, OR area.
"Core Team" referrals: MAID signing physicians, local hospice and End of LIfe Choices Oregon volunteer.
Coordinate between each of these entities to keep them aprised to your changing needs.
Arrangements for transportation, caregivers, in-home alternative therapies, funeral homes/body disposition and more.
Provide presence and care for your loved ones during your journey.
Facilitate ‘BUCKET LIST’ adventures.
Help you get home or find permanent placement in OR if you are unable or choose not to take the life-ending medications.
Full day support on your planned death day along side your "core team."
After death care of your body & honoring your life.
Emotional support for your loved ones after your death.
